Payments for document preparation or consultancy can be refunded only if service work has not yet begun. Once our team starts processing a case, no refund is available. Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to info@PropTopLine.com within 24 hours of payment.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be handled by competent courts in Zürich.
